At Life’s Hope Ministries, we are building a durable, peer-led recovery ecosystem at our Sprague River Recovery Campus and Nezfern Houses in Klamath County. Our model combines certified peer mentorship (NARR Level 2) with hands-on off-grid homesteading and vocational trade development through The Very Professional Group.
To ensure high-fidelity care, maintain state credentialing, and provide our residents with a seamless bridge to higher levels of clinical care, we are seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or Behavioral Health Agency Partner in Klamath County.
What We Are Looking For in a Partner
We are looking to establish a streamlined Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or contract with a local QMHP, clinic, or CCO partner to facilitate three core functions:
Clinical Supervision & Credentialing: Provide periodic supervisory consultation (2–4 hours per month) to review peer interaction logs and formally sign off on supervision hours for our active Certified Recovery Mentors (CRMs) and Traditional Health Workers (THWs).
Intake & Assessment Integration: Help conduct or validate initial clinical intakes, ensuring residents requiring outpatient behavioral health, MAT monitoring, or therapy are connected to proper clinical care plans.
Continuum of Care Referral Loop: Serve as a priority clinical bridge for residents who require crisis stabilization or clinical care beyond the scope of peer-delivered services.
