At Life’s Hope Ministries, we believe that long-term recovery requires more than just a safe roof over your head—it requires purpose, community, and actionable skills for the future.

We are excited to announce that our Nezfern Recovery Campus is currently under active development. Sourced and planned for the peaceful surroundings of Oregon Pines in Klamath County, this master-planned campus will serve as a decentralized, supportive residential ecosystem designed to help individuals successfully transition out of housing instability and into vibrant, self-sufficient lives.

 Our team is actively executing Phase I pre-development—finalizing site-specific civil engineering, Klamath County permitting, and DEQ environmental sanitation designs. Construction of our high-efficiency barndominium kit shells will begin following site clearance, laying the ground for both our living quarters and workshop spaces.

 The residential core of the Nezfern Campus is designed to offer a structured, peer-led environment where healing and personal accountability go hand in hand:

State-Aligned Supportive Housing: Evolving to meet MHACBO and National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) standards, the residence offers a safe, substance-free, and supportive living environment.

Peer-Led Mentorship: Guided by Certified Recovery Mentors (CRMs) and Traditional Health Workers (THWs) embedded directly within our program structure, residents receive compassionate, trauma-informed guidance through every stage of their recovery journey.

A Sanctuary for Acclimation: Situated in a quiet rural setting, the campus provides a calm space for residents to build healthy daily routines, restore personal dignity, and foster strong peer-support networks.

 A central feature of the Nezfern Campus is our innovative, on-site vocational partnership with The Very Professional Group (TVPG), an Oregon 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation.

Directly integrated into the campus layout, dedicated accessory workshop and garage spaces will serve as hands-on training hubs. Here, residents have immediate, low-barrier access to structured job training and micro-enterprise development without needing to navigate rural transportation hurdles.

What Residents Learn & Build On-Campus:

Micro-Enterprise & Production: Hands-on training in local agricultural processing, including high-desert apiculture (beekeeping), seed harvesting, and ODA-compliant packaging for local market stands.

Logistics & Inventory Management: Gaining real-world experience in stock rotation, supply chain operations, and order fulfillment.

Off-Grid & Clean Infrastructure: Learning practical mechanics and maintenance, including solar array monitoring, battery storage systems, and utility e-bike/workhorse fleet maintenance.

By combining the residential stability of Life’s Hope Ministries with the technical workforce development of The Very Professional Group, our residents don't just find stability—they graduate with market-ready skills, certified peer credentials, and a clear path toward long-term economic independence.
